FCC: Further Inquiry into Two Under-Developed Issues in the Open Internet Proceeding

In this September 2010 request for further input, the FCC confronted the distinction between “specialized services” and the general purpose platform of the Internet. Recognizing this distinction brings clarity to many areas of confusion in the “network neutrality” debate. We submitted our joint reply comments to highlight how this advances the cause of the Open Internet.
